Heidi works with organizations to navigate and thrive in the transitions inherent in growth and quality service delivery through leveraging the strategic partnership of the Board and Executive Director. She supports organizations in developing an appropriate balance of mission focus and business practice to achieve sustainable service to the community. In particular, she works with Boards and senior leaders to develop strong and effective partnerships to lead their organizations to greater success and impact. She has supported strategy development, planning and execution in nonprofits of all sizes, and focuses on designing and facilitating processes that reflect and enhance organizational culture and relationships.

Judy Hansen
Judy is a motivated leader and project manager with strengths in governance, strategic and business planning and nonprofit management. Judy assists organizations in governance and in developing innovative and practical solutions to business challenges. She enjoys the challenge of customizing governance policies and bylaws that make sense for your organization. Approachable and supportive, Judy’s insights and experience come from a broad view of the non-profit sector, through her extensive experience as a management team leader, a non-profit Board member, and a consultant.

Janice is an experienced facilitator whose belief in lifelong learning brings a fresh perspective to maximizing the talents and resources of your organization. She will facilitate learning in your organization to solve problems in real time or to learn more about how to work with others in your organization most effectively. Her work is driven by your desired outcomes, and she views success as your organization reaching its full potential. Kim Anthony, CFRE
Kim is an accomplished non-profit leader with an extensive record of success. In over twenty years of non-profit experience, she has specialized in leadership and strategic planning, fundraising management, Board and community relations, marketing and volunteer management. She is known as a resourceful, perseverant relationship builder with strong strategic, analytical, planning and project management skills. After holding positions such as CEO and Director of Development in local non-profits, Kim now enjoys consulting with non-profits in our community, helping them to manage change and reach their potential.
