Bill is an organizational change and development consultant with more than twenty five years of experience.  During his career, he has been a leader in the not-for-profit sector, an executive with a national consulting firm and a senior manager in government. Bill works with organizations to build capacity, increase effectiveness and implement change. He has provided a variety of governance, mentoring and Board development services to more than 50 organizations in the Alberta nonprofit sector.

Christine is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with over 25 years of experience in business and ten years in the nonprofit sector. She has led teams in areas such as organizational effectiveness, change management, strategy, process development and finance. This experience provides the foundation for Christine's unique perspective and approach to executive coaching. Through customized coaching techniques and practices Christine helps her clients formulate their picture of success. Her coaching enables her clients to develop strategies and solutions that they can apply immediately, to achieve their leadership goals and to maximize their impact on their organization.

Judy is a senior level management consultant, motivated leader and project manager with strengths in governance, strategic and business planning and nonprofit management.  Judy assists organizations in governance and in developing innovative and practical solutions to business challenges.  She enjoys working with you over the longer term, sharing her insights and experiences as a Board member and supporter of many nonprofits in Alberta, and learning from the experience of your organization.

Carlo is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with over twenty-five years of business experience in organizational development, business improvement, governance, strategic planning, nonprofit management, project management and information technology. He is an innovative leader with highly developed personal skills as a coach, mentor and trainer; experienced in facilitating both group and one-on-one sessions, utilizing an interactive, participative approach. His clients rate his communication and personal skills as a leader, coach, mentor and trainer highly, appreciating Carlo's ability to create and support great team environments.

Frank works with Boards and staff to strengthen their capabilities in governance and strategy, and to facilitate the implementation of new initiatives.
